WebMomz™ was founded in March of 2002 by two dynamic women who wanted to enrich the lives of women everywhere. Read their stories below to meet the women behind this dream.

A few years ago, Kristie Tamsevicius was a 9 to 5 corporate worker just like many of you. She was unhappy and unfulfilled with all the stresses of working full time and being a mother until she started to look inward for answers. Now she is a work-at-home mother, who has found her "spirit" and is living an "authentic" life that reflects her dreams, desires and passions.

As a Webmistress, Marketing Extraordinaire, and mother of two, Kristie enjoys a rich and full life. Her heartfelt desire to help others and bold initiative have contributed to her success. An energetic, creative mom/business woman, Kristie has over 14 years of experience in online business, marketing, and media. As a web developer, she is an expert in building businesses from the ground up and growing them to success online.

To that end, Kristie has written, "I Love My Life: A Mom's Guide to Working from Home" just to help new mom's success in online business. Running a profitable home-based business requires more than business savvy. It requires unique skills to create a business that serves you, rather than runs over you. It requires energy, confidence, and passion. eBizmoms shows busy mom/CEOs how to balance work with home, reduce stress, and pamper themselves while climbing the ladder of their own personal style of success.

She is the founder of WebMomz, an online portal for work at home parents. Kristie passionately promotes the joys of motherhood while working from home. Five years ago, she left her corporate career in marketing and media to start a home based web development business and spend more time with her young children. Today she mentors thousands of aspiring entrepreneurs to create a life they love with their own home business.

As President of Branding on the Net, Kristie Tamsevicius is a personal branding strategist. She developed a strong background in marketing in her more than 12 years of experience in business-to-business and business-to-consumer based marketing communications. Through personal branding consulting, Kristie delivers bottom-line results to hundreds of small business owners through personal branding, Internet marketing, and interactive media. An engaging speaker, Kristie T shares her practical brand of business advice with audiences from coast to coast.

After the birth of her first child in 1999, Michelle quit her full-time marketing career to stay at home with her baby. Being a new mom, she had a lot of questions and surfed internet to find the answers. What she discovered was a WEALTH of information online,  but found it difficult to keep track of all the "baby-related sites". That's how MyBabyConnection.com was born! Now new parents can find all the latest information and products in one convenient place. Thus saving parents time, something most parenets have very little of.  Plus, small online businesses can compete head-to-head with the big companies through advertising on the site.

Quitting her job was a small price to allow Michelle to be a-stay-at-home mom, but it was all worth it! She and her daughter have a wonderful relationship and work-at-home life is very fulfilling. It's like having the best of both worlds- career and family!   Michelle Feels passionately about helping other moms to be able to stay-at-home with their children and start their own business.  So in March 2002, she joined with her friend, another successful work-at-home mom to co-found Webmomz™!  Webmomz™ provides an atmosphere where work-at-home moms can seek advice, find friendship, parenting tips and business tools to help them in their daily lives.   It's not always easy running your own business, it can leave you feeling isolated, but WebMomz™ shows other moms how to find and keep a balanced life.

Before co-founding WebMomz™,  Michelle had worked for 10 years in the marketing/business field.  She has a B.B.A. from the University of Iowa, where she majored in Marketing and minored in Psychology.  In her free time,  Michelle enjoys kickboxing, strolling in the park and watching professional dancing. Michelle lives in Iowa with her family.
