Author's
Name:
You can search by
the Author's first "or" last name, but it must match exactly as the
author has entered it. If you entered "Joe" and the author's name is
Joe Smith, you have a match. If you entered "Joe Jones" you do not.
Title &
Introduction Keyword Searching:
You can search by
looking for keywords in the title or introduction fields of the article record.
Keep in mind that "not all" the keywords must match. for these two fields.
Category:
You can search by
Article Category.
Defined Keywords:
You can search by
keywords defined by the writer at the time of submission (if they entered these).
Unlike the title and intro fields you may select "match any" or "match
all" keywords entered.
* When you enter
multiple fields, all fields must match your designated search requirements for
the record to come up as a match.
* Try not to
use special characters if at all possible.
