What is your Morning Routine?
Tuesday, January 17th, 2012Part of being at the top of your game is taking time to prepare yourself in the morning – mentally, spiritually, physically. I have some morning rituals that help me to feel fulfilled and ready to go. COFFEE of course is #1. Then I like to take time to pray, give thanks, and possibly meditate. Sometimes I take time to send a Gratitude email to myself with a list of everything I am thankful for that day. Next I like to make my to do list for the day of realistic things I can accomplish that day. Finally, I like to “check in” with friends, clients etc with email and Facebook.
