I've been in Tom Antion's mentoring program and it has really worked for me. One of the things Tom tells us is not to buy anything until we've checked with him! Evertime I've been tempted I email him and each time he says,"No!" Instead he says I already have enough to work on and to keep doing what I'm doing. Some of the things I'm tempted to purchase are his affiliates as well. That's what I like about Tom-he's an honest guy. My friend is currently at a workshop at Atlanta. My advice to her was leave your credit card at home! It's the only way to be safe when you're drooling! Tess Marshall I love the fact that we already have what we already need to know! I, like you, get enthralled and enthusiastic about new mentors, models and systems for growing my business. But I also have a shelfload of binders with great information that I have not even used half of. I have recently taken an approach of moderation. I am only working with my coach, and disciplining myself to not get any "learning treats" until I finish some important writing projects and info products. The only upside? When I get my infoproducts out there, hopefully I will run into a market of willing and eager customers like me who won't mind dropping a dime or two in my bank account. And I do pay attention to the people who really make me drool through their excellent marketing materials. I plan to leverage their great models to watch my business grow. It could be worse - we aren't addicted to Valium or Crack! Boy are you speaking my language Kristie!
