Today I am battling a terrible cold. It’s a reminder that even “super moms” like us need to rest and recharge. And today I came across a post on Aurelia William‘s glad that really hit the mark about 4 easy ways to be good to yourself.

Aurelia Williams is a wise and wonderful friend who is a life coach. As a mother of teenagers who works from home, she personally knows the struggles that busy moms endure everyday! As a life coach she helps women lead an emotionally & physically healthier, more productive and less stressful life. And we all could use a little of that!
