Business Week Writers Wear Bathrobes!
Business Week working parents blogger Amy Dunkin, confesses that she sometimes works in her bathrobe. While mentioning Webmomz, “Doing Business in Your Bathrobe Day“, Amy shares how working at home from the kitchen table has allowed her to really be there for her kids. Although she jokes that working that close to a refrigerator can put you at a disadvantage.
That makes me laugh. I actually find that I eat healthier since I started working from home. Now, I have time to prepare meals. Before in my former corporate life, I’d dash to a fast food joint, shove down a burger, and rush back to the office to finish my proposal I needed for our afternoon business meeting.
I am curious, do you find that you are tempted to much on chips, bon bons, and other snack items because you work from home? Have you gained weight because of it? Click here to let me know how working from homehealth and diet.

Raiding my refrigerator is much better than hitting the office vending machine when the urge for midday munchies strikes. My frig is stocked with much healthier items: non-fat yogurt, celery and hummus, carrots, fruit, turkey slices. I find those foods quite satisfying, and they’re certainly kinder to the waistline than Doritos, Snickers, and Chips Ahoy.

Sounds like you are making great healthy choices. Yeah, my snacks tend to be yogurt, a slice of cheese, nuts and raisins. I just feel better when I eat good.
Now, if I could just figure out how to get on that tread mill everyday I’d be all set!
Thanks for piping in Amy!
