Feel the fear and do it anyway and grow your business  28

I saw this on a forum I visit frequently posted by Bobby.  I wanted to share it with you.  It was really inspirational to me.

You block your dream when you allow your fear to grow bigger than your faith.”

Next time…

-You wake up unmotivated to build your business…BUILD it anyway!

-The phone feels like 1,000lbs when you’re trying to pick it up and make that prospecting call…PICK it up anyway!

-You want to send an email, card, or flyer to someone but you get “too busy”…SEND it anyway!

-You see a business owner who know could benefit from your product/service but you get too nervous because of their “prestige”…SHOW it anyway!

Finally…

Next time you see your dreams flash before your eyes and it seems like they are too far away…DREAM BIG ANYWAY! Why? Because doing your daily activities in this business IS building your dream!

Remember, the sweetest part of the “dream” isn’t the end outcome. It’s the journey of who you become along the way.

Look fear in the face and always remember to…DO IT ANYWAY!

Recharge yourself with daily positive energy  6

I was at a seminar this weekend and learned that 87% of everything we encounter is negative energy.  OUCH! Think of the people who discourage you, the criticisms they offer, and the negative self talk in our own minds.

It’s up to us to recharge our tanks with positive energy.  Some ways I like to do that is with affirmations, my dream map, and reading daily tips and inspirational quotes that inspire me.

One of my favorites is by Rhoberta Shaler.  She teaches about how to live a Soul Driven life and lead from a strong value centered place.

Tips to Live Your Best Life Now!  6

I get Joel Osteen’s daily scripture tips and they always give me just a good feeling and focus to start my work day. I got the nicest card in the mail from Joel Osteen on how with 7 tips on how to live your best life now. I wanted to share them with you.

1) Enlarge Your Vision - “Everything is possible for him who believes” (Mark 9:23)

2) Develop A Healthy Self-Image - “So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them” (Genesis 1:27)

3) Discover the Power of Your Thoughts and Words - “The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat it’s fruit” (Proverbs 18:21)

4) Let Go of the Past - “Because of the Lord’s greaet love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness” (Lamentations 3:22-23)

5) Find Strength Through Adversity - “Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.” (Ephesians 6:13)

6) Live to Give - “I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me” (Matthew 25:40)

7) Choose to be Happy - “This is the day the Lord has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it” (Psalm 118:24)

I definitely think that embracing these concepts will help you live bigger and bolder so that you can enjoy your life to the fullest and make a real difference.

A cup of daily inspiration - Design a mug that drives you to success!  4

Look at the cool coffee mug I designed to inspire me on my journey to Executive in my network marketing business.

I made this custom coffee mug myself at Zazzle with their design a mug tool.

I picked up a photo of an eagle since that’s a symbol that inspires me

And I added the words “I AM an Executive” to motivate me. When you visualize your goals as already being true and feel that achievement in your heart, you attract that success into your life.

I can’t wait to feel my heart pumping as I drink from that mug every morning.

Thought I’d share in case anyone else wants to design an inspiration mug for themselves.

And that changing your thoughts, so that you could feel happier more often, would entirely change what you had, who you were, and where you’re headed, yet nobody knew this either?

Write Your Own Check!  1

Here’s a great tip from Brian Tracy on “Write Your Own Check!”. It was a powerful reminder about how the process of manifesting what you want in your life. Some people don’t know what they want. Others figure it out but don’t do anything about it. Then there are that select few that recognize what they want and then take action to make it happen.

Are you a dreamer or a DOer?

Here’s what Brian Tracy had to say

Would you like to make more money? Well, go to the nearest mirror and negotiate with your boss. The person in the mirror is the one who determines how much you will earn. You are the president of your personal company.

As the president of your personal company, you are in charge of every activity of your business. You are in charge of sales, marketing, production, quality control, distribution, and administration. You are in charge of your own training department, constantly working on yourself to increase the value of what you do so you can charge more for it in the marketplace. You are in charge of every aspect of your life, both personal and professional.

Now, here’s something you can do, starting immediately, to put this idea into action:

On the first day of each month, take out your checkbook and write a check for the amount of money you want to earn that month. Date it for the last day of the month. Make it payable to yourself. Sign it. Then, for the rest of the month, concentrate on figuring out how you are going to make payroll… just like a company president.

By making the decision to think of yourself not as an employee but as the president of your own organization, you have made the critical decision to become the primary creative force in your own life. You no longer see yourself as a victim or a passive recipient of what happens in the economy. You are an active agent. You are in charge.

Go out into the workplace and make your own life and your own living. Sell your services to the highest bidder and deliver the very best services possible. Instead of waiting for things to happen, or hoping that things will happen, make things happen.

This weekend I was at the Dan Kennedy Superconference. For those of you who don’t know Dan Kennedy, he is known as the “No BS Business guy”. He helps brick and mortar businesses tap into the power of direct response marketing to skyrocket their businesses. Dan Kennedy’s stuff really works. He is a legend in his time. And that’s why successful online marketers like Alexandria Brown and Lorrie Morgan Ferrero turn to Dan for advice on how to use offline marketing to take their online businesses to the next level.

At the conference, Dan shared 9 critical elements for business success.

1) Riches in niches - identify your ideal customer, where to find them, and how much you can spend to get that customer and still make a profit

2) No one gets rich by themselves - you need a team

3) Continual education and personal development

4) The power of direct marketing - calling customers, greeting cards, postcards, birthday mailers, tear sheets

5) You must continually get new customers and communicate with them in multiple ways.

6) Learn to write copy that sells

7) Ask yourself what is next in your business

8) The big money is in selling more to existing customers

9) There is power in masterminding. (I know that I personally treasure my mom mastermind group - if you don’t have a mastermind group, you really need to get one!)
