Doing Business in the Bathroom (Yes, on the John) Win a Pimped Out John

Well, I’ve heard about reading magazines when you do your daily duty (if you know what I mean), but this just beats them all. How’d you like to have a throne that is totally decked out with the latest gadgets? Roto Rooter has a fun contest called the “Pimped out John Contest”

Apparently, the average person spends 11,862 hours in the bathroom — which equals one year, four months and five days — in a lifetime. Wow! Imagine how much more productivity you’d get if you could work while on the potty? Heck,if you worked those extra 11,862 hours and earned $50/hour, that would net you an extra $593,100 in income over your life time!

I’m teasing a little bit here, but it is amazing that we spend so much of our life doing our duty. And the imagination and fun of this contest is pretty cool! I bet they are getting a lot of media mention just because it’s such a curiosity.

Here’s how this bad boy toilet is decked out:

I would just worry if you won this that your husband might never come out of the bathroom again. I would picture him surfing the net, watching his sports, and putting a beer in the cup holder. I could see my kids sitting and playing video games. That would make going to the bathroom way too much fun.
