Forget Outlook, Now there’s Thunderbird

Recently I have been getting fed up with Outlook. And while I use Gmail for my personal email, I was looking for a new email client for my personal email. A friend recently told me about Thunderbird, a free open source email program by Mozilla. And I really love it. Thunderbird is super easy to use and has loads of cool functions like labels and spam filtering. It really rocks.

Here is a great article on 5 Power Tips for Thunderbird which I learned about via mention on Andy Wibbel’s blog.

Have you tried Thunderbird? What’s your favorite email client? Are there any Thunderbird plugs ins that you like?

I also have been getting frustrated with Outlook and have been hearing great things about Thunderbird! Thanks for the info…. yours was the one that “pushed me over the edge” so to speak…. I made the switch to Thunderbird tonight and can already tell that I’m going to love it!

    Thanks Kristie!
