Freaking Cool Email Signatures!

Have you seen those cool email signatures where people add their signature, their picture, and their book image? Well, here’s a tip from Tim Bill of Kahuna Power on how to do that in Outlook.

On your Outlook click on Tools in the top menu
> click on options
> click on mail format (tab at the top)
> Click on the signature button(bottom right)
> Click on New (It is on the right)
> Name the signature and choose start out with blank signature Þ click next Þ click on Advanced editor (a message will pop up and say it is going to open another program, just hit ok)
> It will then open Microsoft Word
> In Word design it exactly how you want it to look. ( Use a table with out borders)
> When you are done designing hit Save in Microsoft Word
> The design will then appear as the signature under the name that you chose.
