Kristie T and Michelle – Remembering Old Times at the 20 Year Class Reunion
Posted on August 8, 2007 | 7 comments | Filed in Uncategorized
Michelle and I had a BLAST this weekend attending our 20 year high school reunion. It was so much fun to see how our classmates had “grown up”. We had only 87 people in our graduating class. And cause we were such a small school, we knew these people from Kindergarten through High school. We were kind of like family.
We had a great time. There was a fun trivia game. Then we watched a great movie (thanks Wendy and Sydney for the months it took to put that together).
And for me and Michelle, it was just like old times. It was so much fun to get dressed and got out again after all these years. You see, Michelle and I have known each other since 6th grade. And after high school, I moved away to Chicago and she settled and started a family in Iowa. So we love getting together, letting the kids play, and having girlfriend time again.
Have you gone to a class reunion recently? How was yours? Any cool stories to share?

Kristie we’re seeing a whole new side of you. I never would have thought you had a tattoo!
Kristie we had our 20 year reunion about 3 years ago ! It was great we went away for the night booked a guesthouse for all of us ! 24 out of 27 managed to come which was great and we’ve had a couple more since. Because we were a small class I’d seen most people through the years but there was one or 2 I hadn’t seen for nearly the full 20 years so that was great.
I had no idea that you two were school chums! How sweet and fun!
WOW What a great picture. I also went to a small HS and it was great for maintaining close friendships!!
You look Fantastic and I am happy you had a great time!!
Hi Girls! Great to hear from you all here. Yes, I got a tattoo when I was 29 years old. It’s of 2 roses – one for each of my kids. And it’s over my heart so I never forget what’s REALLY important.
I didn’t get to go to my 20th reunion, for high school or college. I’m glad you were able to reconnect with people that you knew then. What a great time for you!
