New tool for booking meetings or scheduling podcast guests

Contacting participants, scheduling times, and confirming times makes planning meetings, podcast interviews, or teleclasses a pain. Here’s a new meeting planning tool that makes it easy! Donna Gunter of Online Business Coaching Company shared this tip in Speaker Net News.

Now, you can automate that process with this free online service, www.MeetingWizard.com. Once you set up an account, MeetingWizard will automatically send invitations to participants proposing alternate times, summarize their responses, update you on the results, send confirmations, and set optional reminders prior to meetings.

MeetingWizard requires only that you and your participants have access to email and a browser. It’s designed to be effective in more than 90% of meeting planning situations, and does not try to fulfill every possible need. However, it allows for enough flexibility to make changes, add personalized notes, make cancellations and handle most other situations that might arise.
