Are you effectively using testimonial or referral letters? Here’s something that has really worked well for my clients and me. Each time you get a testimonial in the mail, ask yourself, “Who are the ten people who are going to see this today?” Then FAX the testimonial with a note written on the top that says “I’d love to do a great job like this for you. Name, phone number, email.”
