With all the negativity in the world, it’s really important to sending yourself positive, affirming messages about your dreams and goals. And this morning I inspired to create my own Dream show.

I thought about what I wanted in every area of my life:
faith, career, romance, friendship, fitness, health, fun, self care, personal development, family

Then I wrote a series of I am statements. These are statements in the postive tense about what you want in your life. Then I created dream show using those dream images and writing my I Am statements in them.
