Sitting is Believing – The Swopper…My Secret Weapon Against Back Pain from long hours at the PC

Are long hours at the PC giving you a pain in the neck?

SwopperRecently a colleague of mine visited my home office and pointed saying, “What is that mushroom in your office?” I smiled and told him, that was my Swopper!

One of the “costs” of working long hours at the PC is neck and back pain. That’s why when I got a chance to test drive a cool new chair designed to end back pain, I jumped at the chance.

Swopper is an active sitting platform office stool. It was designed by a German engineer and his physical therapist wife for people who sit for long hours. The Swopper Chair strengthes your back, increases your flexibility, and helps you feel more alert.

I have had about 4 car accidents in my life with the worst being when a big truck rear ended by car. All of that did a pretty good number on my neck. I have found that sitting on my Swopper improved my posture, strengthened my back and neck muscles, and ended my constant neck pain.

And since it wiggles, it let’s me bounce around while I am working. It helps me feel energized, alert, and great.

It’s kind of like a piece of art actually. It’s sleek and stylish. And it’s a real “looker” of a chair. I love my Swopper and wouldn’t give it up for the world. Find out more about The Swopper here.

Sitting is believing. Do you have an ergonomic office chair?

I absolutely love my Swopper. After trying several different types of chairs, I purchased the Swopper many years ago (from 1stErgo.com). It has allowed me to sit for longer periods of time in front of my computer (even though I know I shouldn’t).
