Recently a colleague of mine visited my home office and pointed saying, “What is that mushroom in your office?” I smiled and told him, that was my Swopper!
One of the “costs” of working long hours at the PC is neck and
I have had about 4 car accidents in my life with the worst being when a big truck rear ended by car. All of that did a pretty good number on my neck. I have found that sitting on my Swopper improved my posture, strengthened my back and neck muscles, and ended my constant
And since it wiggles, it let’s me bounce around while I am working. It helps me feel energized, alert, and great.

Now that is a very interesting chair!
I absolutely love my Swopper. After trying several different types of chairs, I purchased the Swopper many years ago (from 1stErgo.com). It has allowed me to sit for longer periods of time in front of my computer (even though I know I shouldn’t).
